Pretty cool building, but the ticket line took forever and the elevator queue was chaotic. Once you're up there, the view is nice but not mind-blowing. I'd say it's a one-time thing – go if you have time to kill, but don't plan your day around it.

Came here with my wife and we loved the contrast between the classic Jin Mao design and the futuristic Shanghai skyline. The indoor observation area is comfortable and we spent almost an hour just watching the sunset. A perfect evening – would come back again.

Honestly, I expected more for the price. The observation deck feels a bit dated and the windows are smudgy in places. The staff were polite but the whole thing felt rushed. If you've seen other tall buildings in Asia, this one doesn't stand out. Won't recommend it.

The architecture is undeniably impressive, but I was a bit disappointed by the crowds. Even on a weekday, it was hard to find a quiet spot to enjoy the view. The glass floor is cool but gets scratched up, so the photos don't come out great. Still, a solid experience overall.

Visited on a clear afternoon and the view from the 88th floor was absolutely breathtaking. The elevator ride is super fast and the observation deck gives you a 360° panorama of Pudong and the Bund. Totally worth the ticket price – a must-see for anyone in Shanghai!
