Came mainly for the BBQ lamb skewers and they did not disappoint — juicy and smoky, best I've had in a while! The grassland itself is pleasant for a stroll, but I wish there were more shaded rest areas. Parking was a hassle and the restrooms were quite dirty, which knocked off a star. Still a decent day trip if you love grilled meat.
Our kids absolutely loved it! They got to pet the sheep, run across the open fields, and try horseback riding for the first time. The staff at the horse station were patient and friendly. We stayed in a Mongolian-style yurt which was basic but clean, and the starry night sky was unforgettable. Perfect family day out!
Honestly a bit let down. The scenery is nice from a distance, but up close there's a lot of trash and poorly maintained paths. The ticket price seemed steep for what you get, and the food stalls were overpriced with mediocre taste. Also, the bus from the entrance to the main area took forever. Wouldn't go back.
Really enjoyed the fresh air and open space — perfect escape from the city. We rented horses for an hour and the ride was fun, though the trail was a bit crowded. The yurt accommodation was cozy but the shared bathroom could be cleaner. Overall a solid experience, just manage your expectations on the facilities.
Absolutely breathtaking! The endless rolling green hills under a perfect blue sky felt like a scene from a painting. We spent hours just walking and taking photos — the wildflowers and the distant mountains made it magical. Highly recommend bringing a picnic and staying till sunset. One of the most beautiful grasslands I've ever seen!
