Qingwei Tower has a great view, no doubt. But the lack of any guided tour or audio guide made the visit feel a bit hollow. I would have appreciated more information about its history. Also, the surrounding area has very few food options, so come prepared. Overall, a solid 4-star attraction – beautiful but could be better.
This is my hidden gem! I went early in the morning and had the place almost to myself. The intricate carvings on the wooden beams are stunning, and the peacefulness is incredible. No loud crowds, just the sound of wind chimes. I spent an hour just sitting on the top floor, reading and sipping coffee. Absolutely magical – 5 stars!
Honestly, I was a little disappointed. The queue was over an hour long, and once inside, the tower felt cramped and poorly maintained. Some steps are loose, and the lighting is dim. For the price, I expected more historical context. The view is decent, but not spectacular. I'd say it's a 3-star experience at best – good only if you have extra time.
Qingwei Tower is a nice place to visit, but I found the entrance fee a bit steep for what's inside. The tower itself is impressive from outside, but the interior exhibits are minimal. The view from the top is great though, especially on a clear day. Wish there were more informational plaques. Still, I'd give it 4 stars – worth a quick stop.
Absolutely loved my visit to Qingwei Tower! The climb to the top was worth every step – the panoramic view of the city at sunset is breathtaking. The ancient architecture is well-preserved, and the wooden staircases give it an authentic feel. Perfect for history lovers and photographers alike. Highly recommend going during weekdays to avoid crowds.
